Trip Report:
The weekends of great snow just keep accumulating. PP all over the mountain...from West Mountain....to Haulback, although Saturday's wind shutdown both Spillway chairs halfway through the day, thus forcing everyone that wanted to get up top to either lineup at the superquad(15min wait) or take the t-bar up from mid-mountain...(which was a real treat  ). Anyways, I got to the lifts at around 9am both days...
Today was another windless day(for all but the summit area) and the beach-day sun made surveying the near and far landscapes enjoyable. Bluebird days with bright sunshine are too nice to experience without doing a little sightseeing..horizon to horizon. The views from the summit(with a little hike) were outstanding!! Jordan and Locke Mtns were higly visible, as was the Katahdin range. Tote Road, Timberline, and Double Bitter were in great shape throughout most of the day...as was Gondi Line. Ramdown was great all day as was Haulback the two trips I took down it. Sluice and Spillway got somewhat scraped off in the early afternoon, and were challenges as I felt the consequences for not touching up the edges after a whole day of hard skiing on Saturday. Two good days........and expecting to get a day in on Tuesday.
