If you go to a real Bavarian biergärten in the summer, the weißbier has a very thin slice of lemon in it. That's the way it's supposed to be served.
Weißbier is what i seek out in Germany when I travel there for work...
The other stuff is good.. But the weissbier or hefeweizen is best...
I feel they give me energy... After a long day of work....
