Last minute run to Sundown last night for the 6-10, went with my brother.. both of us trying to get back on our feet, me skiing and him boarding.. /shrug

Anyhow!

Conditions were good, I ended up staying off of the bump trail to hang with my little bro. Not to mention the lights out at the middle portion of Nor Easter made it hard to manage the bumps.. more like a guessing game then anything :)

Hit stinger all night and had a blast working on getting some little air tricks back in my pocket. Decent twisters and back scratchers.. etc.. and tons of room for bump drills... had a fantastic time.

Anyhow, there is a decent sized jump + rail in the middle of stinger, viewable from the lift as you go up.. and I was hitting it all night.. started out hitting it on an angle toward the right going down.. and I totally wiped/crashed out once. But the kicker is that I wiped out, on my back and into the freaking woods.. flying.. skies off.. slapping trees.. and I finally stop deep in.. had to find my skis and chuckle that I missed the metal pipes of the snow making machines by inches.. inches.. couple of bruises but nothing to brag about :) the climb out was a pain in the ass btw.. could have used a tow rope.

My bro said he thought I was performing magic.. " hit the jump, a cloud of snow, and you were totally gone.. out of site.. like a ninja " rofl..

Glad I got the Yard Sale in though.. I needed a good one.

Ski patrol was carting some kid(s) down from the same spot a few days back...

On the downside, the cap to our Blackberry Brandy cracked.. so, that lift warmer was cut short...

Anyhow.. until next time...
