Good deal. Sundown is really doing a good job with their marketing and on to something. I hope the Camelback management is watching. I think its a good thing when ski areas team up on deals like this. With the skiing dollar getting tight I would think the bigger more remote resorts would be interested in tapping into the feeder hill customers. Deals like that would certainly entice me to go there.

Hope to see more of the Sundown regulars at Sugarbush this season. I'll have to keep this deal in mind when I visit family in CT.

Very nice... one of my favorite mountains.. With the discount, can do it more often and can even take the family with me a couple of times this year (unless its a powder day- than I'll be flying solo).

This works in reverse for me. Now I can get some night skiing or a mid week southern powder day in at Sundown. $20.00 bucks or so for night skiing is not to bad either. Thinking Snow!!!

Nice! These are exactly the kinds of responses Sundown was hoping for. The Sugarbush deals are obvious perks for Sundown pass holders so it's good to see a positive response from the other side as well. Yep - $19 to night ski the mighty Sundown is a nice deal.

Bad Service followed up by Good Service!

well, I finally made it out to Sundown. I did not make it last Tuesday as planned, but did make it there last night!
To my dismay the people working the ticket booth in my opinion were nasty and had their heads up their butts!
I had called the prior week to confirm the deal for night skiing. I spoke to a nice woman on the phone and her first response was no deals with Sugarbush. I told her to check further. She did and to her surprise found that Sugarbush does have a deal with them for season pass holders.
She confirmed the same discounts as posted earlier here in the thread. But the people in the ticket booth had no clue. They looked in some book and told me that they only discount the full day ticket at 50% off mid week. The computer had no way of discounting a night ticket and they had no knowledge of the 15 off a night ticket making it 19..
So I ended up paying the $26.00 no biggy but I had called and had checked with them the pricing, and now they wanted to know nothing about it.

I mentioned I had originally seen this on Alpinezone. There response to that was that is not their site. I said that is how I found out about it and that I had called. Still nothing but dirty looks and no apologies for the mistake or screw up.

I told them that they were going to never see me again and I would be posting this on the web to let them know and others that they had their heads up their butts.

I did have a decent night skiing the sand covered concrete. but I expected that after the rain. The seeded bumbs have nice lines, but are simply solid ice at this point. Again expected! But overall, I did have a good time skiing!

I guess I should have written down the ladies name to whom I spoke on the phone!

So, before I posted this I called Sundown again. I spoke to Judy who confirmed the prices again. I explained to her what had happened and she quickly transferred me to the main office. I spoke to another woman and she apologized to me and stated that the supervisor at night has some customer service issues. Apparently the computers were not set up correctly, and that will changed. The point was that there was no apology last night from the man in the booth for a mix up or misunderstanding. He was simply and arrogant ass! Of which was confirmed in my phone conversation with the main office today as they mentioned that he is rather arrogant.

Well to make the long story short! The forementioned prices are correct! and I will be getting a voucher to ski again! So, The mountain has good intentions at least. They just need to work out the idiots who think that they should be working in Customer service!

So, I am satisfied with the results and will go back! Like I said, I had a good time and would like to support the local mountain!
