Really my only complaint about summer shows is most sheds, like Great Woods for instance, don't have camping or lodging within walking distance. Where as fall and winter tours are in metro areas.

I don't like driving after shows, even if I'm not partying.

Problem solved

Jeryl and Roy are allowing camping on Yasgurs for both Phish and Furthur this summer. Shuttle service provided to the show. Waiting to hear back from Jeryl on the price.

Thank you all for your interest in camping at Yasgur's Pharm for the Phish Phestival at Bethel Woods. You are all welcome to Max's homestead. We are honored to host you.

We have very few rules at the pharm. One is have a great time. Another is NO GLASS, NO PETS please. That one is very important to us. Take your garbage out. Bring extra garbage bags. Share. Be respectful.

We will have a stage in the woods. We also have a REALLY awesome drum circle.

Feel free to contact me with any questions. We're here to help.

Jeryl

I just heard back from Jeryl. A bit of miscommunication. He said they're most likely going to offer camping for Furthur, but to check back with them after Phish. They're probably going to see how much damage 1300 cars full of wooks do to their property before deciding whether or not to bother again.

Pretty good deal for Phish. $50 per person for 3 nights of camping. I'd be all over that if it wasn't Strangecreek weekend.

Either way, this will definitely be my plan of they offer camping. Sounds like a helluva party

Thanks for the text about this DMC. I am definitely in. Any details as to when or if we can reserve a spot?

Jeryl said to get back in touch with him following the Phish concerts

BNYC's talking about the PHish shows.. We haven't spoken about Furthur..

But now that you mention it,,, Furthur Bethel? Pretty far from your students.. haha..
Guaranteed to be a total WOOK fest...

Cool..

Roy and I welcome our Phish Phriends to Yasgur's Pharm May 26 - 30 2011.

RULES OF THE ROAD

NO GLASS - Roy HATES glass. Nothing worse then having to pick up broken glass the morning after.

NO PETS (with the exception of Phish) - Jeryl HATES picking up poo the morning after.

NO WEAPONS, NO NITROUS, NO KIDDING. We will confiscate weapons and tanks and you will not be admitted to the Pharm. Don't try it.

Wristbands - Wristbands are $50.00 per person. No refunds, non transferrable.

Gate: Our head gatekeeper is "Groovy". Groovy will greet you, take your paid receipt, and give you a wristband in exchange. If you do not have a prepaid receipt you may buy your wristband at the gate as long as we have room. EVERYONE must have a wristband to enter. You can reenter as often as you like. Do not remove your wristband during the weekend. We do not re-issue wristbands. If you lose yours you will have to buy another one. Sorry.

Parking - Once you pass the gate you will be directed to the parking area. You will be asked to open your trunk for a quick security inspection. There is no camping in the parking area, no driving in the woods. This is a safety rule. If anyone needs help getting stuff into or out of the woods just ask. If anyone has special needs please let us know when you make your reservation and remind us when you arrive. We are here to help you. The parking areas will be well lit at night.

Shuttle - We are within walking distance to Bethel Woods. However, BW has graciously offered a shuttle service from our house to theirs before and after the show. I strongly suggest using that service rather then walking at night on dark roads with the anticipated traffic.

Peace Keepers - Our Peace Patrol will be stationed in the parking areas, gate areas and throughout our venue. They are there to assist you with anything you may need. Marker Security has extensive experience in festival security. The Marker staff will be wearing identifying tee shirts. Additionally, the house hippies are available to help as well.

Sanitation - There will be port - a - johns and wash stands in designated areas. We will have some johns with handicapp accessibility.

Please burn burnables in enclosed firepits. Put recyclables in recycle bins. Put bagged garbage in appropriate collection areas for the house hippies to pick up. Bring garbage bags if you can.

Drums - We are famous for our drum circle.

Music - The main stage is in the woods.

IT IS OUR PLEASURE TO HAVE YOU BACK AGAIN. WELCOME HOME.
