Granted it's a whopping 500ft of vertical, but you get it all in one shot, no run-out. It's a funky little hill, I've been there once, it was after a two foot storm. Anyone here ski it regularly? $18 lift tickets tomorrow.

Holiday Valley in Western NY, is getting hit even harder, 22" possible by Saturday morming.

500' of no run out vertical is still better than a good day in the office anytime!
(Especially if you can duck into the woods.)

Ha, I saved the image, rotated it, attached it, still upside down. I even tried attaching it upside down. Warp, ex military I take it, thanks. Do you ski in the trees at Snow Ridge? I hear there are some to be had skier's left.image.jpg

This is SOUTH slope yeah there are some goods off that and NORTH slope . Used to get in there but now stay pretty much on the North , South , Silversmith slopes and the other sidewinders off both those areas . back in the day i used do BC on a series of loops off the Ridge , did them on touring skis

BTW those 2 specs coming down the slope are me and my BIL , couple wednesdays ago . The Queen was taking pics and vids of us . We were 2 of VERY few skiers there . There were maybe a dozen skiers there that day

Not ex military at all Cornhead this pics are off my IPAD and that MAY be why the inversion happened, FWIW heres a shot of NORTH Slope from a couple a weeks ago . U recognize the lift ??

Nice! Have fun. I used to go there now and then when I lived in Rochester, ny. Lake effect city!

Take the northern most chair and head into the woods back in the gully. There are some great lines just out of bounds and you can take the snow mobile trail back to the lift.

I wonder if there is any base though!?
