The URL does have "ak" several times in the line. Perhaps Aleyska (sp) after they got the feet ontop of feet of snow a few weeks back....western Europe is a good bet too.

I heard that last year was one of their worst snow years ever(AK) ...and this year is on track to be their best.
Exactly the opposite of most of the western US.
Just goes to show there's always epic snow somewhere.
