Weird. We had about a 15 second burst of high winds and heavy rain about an hour ago. I just checked the radar and it looks like a cell formed right over us and then quickly moved out. Some really heavy rain and cloud-to-ground in West Central CT around 4:30 this afternoon. I love spring thunderstorms.
