Conditions: Machine Groomed, Packed Powder, Mild in the 30's
Report: Yesterday, I decided to take a trip up to K-Mart, to visit a buddy from NY who was riding. Boy was it packed yesterday! Anyway, after parking at Bear Mountain, I took the Sky Peak Quad up to the Sky Larke, and made my way down to the Superstar HSQ... Skied primarily Skye Peak, K-Peak, and Bear Mountain for the day. Because it was really busy, the trails were getting skied off very quickly. By the end of the day Wildfire on Bear Mountain was nicely bumped up. All in all, aside from the megalith crowds, and the long lift lines, it was a really great day out on the snow. Some pictures as always...
