i like that idea. the open day at mount snow you guys can do a cook off and we can be the judges. thats an idea.


That could be fun. My electric is more of a (excuse me Ron Popeil) "Set it.....and forget it" type of deal. I would need a way of powering it though. :smile:

Root...I dug out the booklet last night to look up cooking times. I'm really thinking of doing a chicken this coming weekend. Damn this thread! I'll try and post some pics of the turkey I did last year for Christmas and beer can chicken.

My smoker has a water pan in it to keep the meat from drying out. I usually dump some beer in there along with some seasoning and cut up lemons.
