Nice job, Boss. Thanks for all the well thought-out and useful posts. Certainly no post padding from this fine member! ;)

Seriously though, thanks for your contributions and support, Michael!

Thanks folks! You're such a great bunch and I have a lot of fun. The last few days I have had some extra time and was able to make the final push to 6,000. It ain't about the quantity, it's about the quality. I hope that my reputation and credibility both are at least a fraction of the post number. I try to tell it how it is and not mislead/BS people. There is not a better place to be in my opinion than in here and that is because of you all.

And to think that only 3,000 of those were part of your Burke marketing. How much do they pay you again?

:wink::lol:

GOOD point! I should have asked that in the AZ Challenge.

Seriously though...I met Dick Andross, manager of Burke in November 2004 and he recognized me after a discussion.

"What a sec. Are YOU the TRAILBOSS?"
"Depends--"
"Yeah, you're the Trailboss! [Pulls Out Business Card] Let me give you this...I've seen that you're trying to help us out and I really appreciate it. I look forward to seeing you this season!"

Haha. That is awesome. I really have to get back to Burke this year. Hopefully it actually snows there.

Well, now that I have a minute, I should send a shout out to some of the folks who have made the AZ experience so special.

Bob R has always been a great friend. I'm so glad that he was persistant in getting me to come out and join him. I still remember that trip with him and Chile at Nashoba. It takes real balls for someone to leave their home mountain where he has a season pass and a condo to spend the day skiing with a new friend at a different place. I was glad to catch up with him a couple times last season.

Chile--I pick on him a lot, but it's because he's a good friend. I've enjoyed hanging out with him too and talking about skiing. Mod'ing with him is fun as well. I look forward to taking him to Burke!

Greg--met him at BEast in February 2005 and felt like I'd known him for a long time. Great working with him and skiing with him. I need to get him to Burke as well

bvibert: A quiet, thoughtful, nice guy. Great skiing with him at BEast and at Loon in April 2005. I missed you this season....hope that your new kid is doing well!

riverc0il: Another Burke comrade! Great chatting and skiing with you. I hope you're digging NEK life for me.

ski_jay: Another nice guy that I need to ski with!

Marc: Gotta ski more with him as well. Funny guy!

andy_zee and the mrs: great videos and great to have met them at Cannon. Can't wait for skiing at K-Mart!

roark--gotta do some more skiing with him.

Terry--same thing!

ga2ski: congrats to a new Dad! Looking forward to skiing with your new family someday!

Sky: Who can forget Sky? I've known him since the RSN days and I was glad that we had a "Dalbello Fest!" Gotta do it again up here!

Charlie_Schussler: another fun guy to hang with and a good skier! He made the trek to Burke....I can remember that big smile!

MichaelJ: Nice skiing at Sunapee with you! Time for some hiking!

nek_girl: We've got to take some turns together at Burke!

Ditto for nelsapbm! Kingdom rules!

the_original_trailboss has known me longer than almost anyone else. I've got him to thank for being the skier that I am. Long live Burke!

from_the_nek: glade shots next season, buddy!

BeanoNYC: Snow and K-Mart next season! Looking forward to meeting the Mrs. and getting in some turns.

We also need to bring YSD up north!

tree_skier: love the GS suit! See you at Snow!

And if I forgot anyone else, my apologies....man, do I know a lot of folks from here!!
