Not that hard to do, fairly straightforward stuff. tramdock.com has a kit up every once in a while that has an iron, some wax, a brush, and a plastic scraper, and vices now and then.

Just take all that you've learned filing your nails pretty boy and apply to your skis. You should be a natural :razz:

Just remember, if you screw them up too much, you've got an "excuse" to get a new pair of sticks! ;) :lol:

Seriously though, there are ALOT of good basic, multi-task tuning tools that have already been mentioned in this thread. After tuning my sticks for 25+ years now, the one bit of advice that I will offer, is when working on them, and it doesn't matter whether it's edge work or base work, ALWAYS keep even pressure on the piece of tuning equipment. Trying to one hand many things can lead to loss of proper edge angles and/or loss of flatness on the base which can effect ski performance
