Unkown (to me) ski area

I was looking for lake properties (building lots) on the internet and I came across what looks like a ski area just southeast of Woodsville, NH. Does anyone know anything about this place? You can see it clear as day on Google Earth. I was looking around on www.nelsap.org, but didn't find anything.
