Let's make this interesting....

To those of you who are in favor of this policy: How would you feel if in addition to instituting the helmet rule, all Vail employees will now have to pass a weekly drug screening?

Used to have testing, but it was eliminated because it reduced applications by about 50%.

I believe drug screening prior to hireing is already policy.

Maybe the most buzzed I ever got was from all second hand smoke when the Eagles opened for Jimmy Buffett at Aloha Stadium in Pearl City Hawaii summer of '79. There was an absolute cloud hanging over the entire stadium. Glad I didn't get tested the week following that event.

But what would you think if they instituted a policy like that? Let's not worry about applicants or anything like that...just thoughts on "mandatory" policies.

If one says they take Hemp oil, it will give a false positive and screw up their NAZI drug tests. Companies have been sued and lost the case due to this trick. They also have had to pay the person being tested money for damages for their trouble. That's one thing I learned in the Air Force. You don't actually have to take Hemp oil, just tell them you did! So, put on your helmet and smoke away. You can look this up on the net if you want to.:spread::beer::razz: Drug testing in the private sector is totally illegal after being hired. It is presumptive, because it is "guilty before being proven innocent". Anyway, alcohol is the worst drug out there. Nobody ever smoked a joint and woke up in a hospital from THC poisoning.
