Got out today for the first time in 10 days. I rallied a group of 4 old-schoolers and the plan materialize quickly. One dude crashing Friday night, up early to grab another dude at 6, then meeting at the put-in at 7. In the woods for sunrise, clear blue sky, and perfect powder. I mean absolutely supreme snow. Natural woods. Solid base. Undulating terrain that pleaded with you to come and play. Great crew. With out a doubt, as good as any ski day I've ever had! Perfect in every way. Didn't get much footage of the descents, but when the skiing is this good, It's hard to stop to film.... here's what I got...

Sweet stuff Dave!

We got just enough snow to ride anywhere now... Season is back on track and we're planning something for this weekend... probably saturday... away from the crowds...

Snow was great this weekend... Hopefully the winds won't affect it... Temps will likely pack it down... but still... An inch here and there helps a lot!

Once again making me so jealous that I don't live somewhere closer to stoke like that.

Gotta get on that

Isn't there nice mountains around southern vermont where you can hunt for some snow?

Seeing vids like that tell me that I gotta do more research and find some places. I know some places here in CT, but there are very rare occassions when we have enough snow for it to work.

I don't know how's the snow in CT... But Western Mass had nice hills when we visited this summer... Holyoke range seemed to have decent slopes and steeps...
