Oh well.....vacation is coming to a screeching halt as the mountain officially opens tomorrow for the summer season. With all the rain we decided to attempt to kayak a 8 mile section of the Mad River. Accept for as few scrapes it paddled well and a beautiful day to be on the river to boot. Here are a few pics from Blueberry Lake, Lake Groton and the Mad River.

Hey I see SUN and blue sky in those pics;-) When the heck were those taken observer?..LOL.(Nice pics).
...And for anyone into the core_WW, Vermont...by its topography, has terrific creeking. I mean the whole state is mountains and valleys.., almost.. Always envious of you all sucking in Vermont Air!...always crisp and dry(coming from Maine)..
