Vertical Run - Skiing in New England

NESN's December '01 Front Row Special
Premieres Sunday, December 2 at 7:00 PM

As fall turns to winter...New Englanders turn to the mountains...and get vertical.

Experience the spirit of skiing in New England...with Vertical Run, a one hour Front Row special premiering Sunday, December 2nd at 7 on NESN.

Extreme skier Dan Egan hosts the show from atop Tuckerman's Ravine in New Hampshire, as Vertical Run takes you up and down the legendary backside of Mount Washington.

Get a Front Row view of Cannon Mountain, as NESN cameras travel on top of Cannon's ski tram to meet a father and son team who've kept the tram running for over 20 years.

Ski with local members of the US Ski Team, enroll in two of New England's finest ski academies, and go behind the scenes at the American Ski Company.

Whether you're a ski racer or a ski bum, it's always fun taking a Vertical Run ...a one hour Front Row special...premiering Sunday, December 2nd on NESN.

I saw the last program. It was great. Had some old footage of Cannon Mt. and skiers. Also had a fantastic spot on Tuckermans Ravine. Having cut my virgin runs last year up there it was a great reminder of what skiing Tucks is all about.

I thought the program was done very well and it had numerous NE locales that they covered.
