Resort or Ski Area: Wachusett Mountain, MA
Conditions: Slush, dirt, puddles, 55 degrees
Trip Report:
Another trip to Wachusett resulting in a grand total of 5 runs. Yup. Here's the "trail by trail" with a total of 4 different trails.
10th: Crappy the whole way. Bumps were okay, but the rest of the trail was crap. Polar Express was running in full speed and about a 5 minute line.
Hitchcock: Park is gone, but the mounds remain. Couldn't get to much air as the landings were full of heavy lumps of snow.
Look Mom: Got my park pass and took a run. Set up pretty decent, but no way to get speed for anything. Pipe is pretty good.
Ralph's: Very crowded and many bare spots and mash potatoes. Like the rest of the mountain, very crappy. Minuteman was slow with a 5-10 minute line.
I'll be at Sunapee for some human pinball Monday, Wachusett Thursday and Friday, and Waterville Saturday and Sunday.
