Resort or Ski Area: Wachusett, MA

Conditions: Parkish... that's about all I did, 20s, bluebird

Trip Report:

Had a half day at school so I shot up to Wa for a couple hours mainly to get my park pass and hit that for a few runs. Only other run I hit all day was a quick one down Smith which was surprisingly slick top to bottom. Otherwise it was all park for 2 hours. Lots of rails and boxes for that crowd but I'm more of a jumper and they're lacking in that department, especially for people like me who don't have the balls to hit the big ones at the end.

Being alone, I got bored quick and split when the school groups started coming in. I'll hopefully be up Wednesday in the storm.

I was going to post a quick report, but I'll just add to this one. Hit WA this morning with the kids. Put my daughter in a lesson for the morning and took my 2yr old out for his first turns. Beautiful sunny day the felt a lot warmer that the actual temp.

Got away from the kids for a couple runs off the summit. Hit the mighty Wa bumps on 10th. Despite having a really messed up pattern they skied pretty well with some loose chalky snow.

The bumps do seem to be getting a better pattern on skiers right. I'd love some powder bumpage Wednesday.
