Was contemplating heading up to VT for the day but ended up at Wachusett after seeing they had lift tickets available online for $40 last night. Got on the hill around 8:10. There was very little in the way of crowds and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for a chair the entire day. Skied mainly 10th, Smith Walton, and Challenger which all had good soft snow and good coverage. It did appear at the end of the day that a few patches of dirt/rocks were starting to appear on Smith Walton and 10th but nothing bad.

Everything was open except for one or 2 trails. I skied Conifer Connection a couple times which had good snow but had lots of Ski Patrol on it to watch people's speeds (I like to ski somewhat fast so just decided to stay away). It was extremely warm, my car thermometer read 61 in the parking lot which I found hard to believe but it definitely felt close to that. Never rained all day and was sunny from 11 until I left around 1:45 to head back. Overall was a good day.
