Did a couple hours at Wachusett tonight.
Ralphs and Challenger are open, but they just made a bunch of new snow and it was kind of hard and rutted. It might loosen up as the night goes on.
They made snow on Look Mom, but it was marked as closed.
They flattened the whales on Tenth, but it looks like a lot of it had melted because it's going to need a lot more snow to get it open.
Fortunately Conifer was skiing great. There's a hard, smooth, icy base with some loose stuff on top. It was like a race track for the first hour, but younger kids on snowboards started showing up and began to clog things up.
There weren't a lot of people there, but with so few trails it doesn't take a lot to slow things down.
