Actually, it's owned by a charitable trust, but it makes money, so the IRS has given the trust until 2010 to sell it off or risk losing their tax exemption.

Yeah, I wouldn't buy the company or the beer. I could just go out and drink water from a stagnant swamp or toilet bowl and achieve similar satisfaction.
