Training is halted right now. I have a sebaceous cyst on my sternum that got infected. Just wearing clothes makes it hurt... off to see a surgeon's office this afternoon to figure out what to do about it. Though I did start antibiotics on Wed. Sucks because I'm really missing the running. I haven't been out since Tuesday morning. Thank you for asking, though!

GEEZZ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to hear that but You'll be out there soon -- you got the goods and the MOTIVATION . And besides which running clothes are KEWL
Lmao , My wife used to say i'd gross people out i ran in those old split side shorts --------------------Running is what i used to call my "mental health break" and ran at noon when i'd get all "peopled out" at work . Its a great stress reliever and man u can't beat the ENDORPHIN high
Now hell being retired i got skiing ,biking , tennis , playin guitars , and some volunteer stuff - to get me thru the day
