They reinstituted old management policies that were well liked last season and have followed up positively this season so far. They earned it.

Yes, they go to each area and yes, WCAX have lost a lot of their older seasoned staff. I think that low pay might be an issue, but that's just a guess.

I know I am happy that I visited K for the first time in about 10 years a few weeks ago and plan on few more days their this winter.
