So...the guy will prolly sue Vail because he pissed off and embarrassed ...Vail suspends the photographer..because they are now pissed off and embarrassed...DMC is pissed off at GSS for agreeing to sue the resort...And this picture is now up on the whiteboard at work with "Ira...we thought you where a good skier?" interesting evolution.
