Blue Mountain: Finish the new trail, expand off of paradise, if at all possible, find some way to create an expert trail that isn't always a sheet of ice.

Hunter: Bit of a list here...Main HSQ is dying, replace it. Improve snowmaking on the West Side, Hunter One, and whatever other trails have the really old guns. (I think Heuga and Drop-off too). Do the West Side Expansion.

Killington: Replace Skye Peak Quad, and Snowdon Lifts, put in interconnect, more and better snowmaking, extend South Ridge Triple to the top, and do something to make late season on the peak work.

Sno Mountain: Go through with the expansion plans I've heard discussed, put in a HSQ starting by Phoebe Snow going to the summit, and maybe another HSQ where Iron Horse is.

has anyone checked out the 24 hr lit snow ruler that snowbird has? it's a really good idea that let's you see the amount of snow that falls after 4 each day.

attitash-better summit lift, better commitment (yeah try opening the halfpipe for starters) to blowing snow and staying open longer (no way am i going to risk buying that pass)

black mt.- how bout someone take down that rusty barbed wire that runs across the perimeter of the mountain (very very close to a marked glade might i add)

cannon- bring back the halfpipe, buy a pipe cutter.

waterville valley(haven't been in 5 years)- do something... even if it's wrong

This applies to most of the eastern US slopes-

Improve cafeteria food !!

I find myself shelling out a lot of money for lousy food.

the cozy brown snows of the east
Really? I can't find any reference to night lift taxes in vermont online. Is it ANY lift is taxed?

One evening I was curious about the logistics of running my own lift and found this.

Of course it is meaningless because I don't have any land.

Back on topic, Improvements: Blue Hills: don't be run by Ragged, try and open. (Consider doing what Yagoo does and only open in late afternoon/night during the wee).

MRG: Become snowboarder only. (I said nothing)

Gunstock: Find a way to run Tiger more often at night. Upgrade management to a group which will commit to staying open during advertised night hours.

Cannon: Nothing. (maybe commit to having Tuckerman's on tap more often)

For SR the improvements I would like to see

On Mountain: Greater pruning of pucker brush on natural snow and gladed terrain. Even when the base got deep this year, runs I enjoy, such as Ruby Palace, Celestial, etc had an obseen amount of Pucker to negotiate. I would also like to see more mogul seeding and shift towards operating and maintaining the west side of the mountain late season as opposed to the east, though that will most likely never happen until further development occurs at Jordan.

Amenities: The bathrooms could use BIG TIME help. Jacket hooks on the stalls, baskets for gloves, hats etc above the urinals and toilets. Some of us don't really use the lodge except when nature calls and don't want to take the time to take off all our gear at a table in the food court - just want to get in and out and these little touches I've suggested make it a much more pleasent experience.

I wish Cannon put some more effort into blowing snow. Everything else there is awesome.

Belleayre - Buy Highmount ski area

I second that notion. That would be the most interesting terrain at Belleayre. I would also like to see them build a lift down to Pine Hill Lake. There is a good amount of vertical to be gained on that side of the mountain.
