Asleep. NYE is overrated.

Totally agree.
If there's a social gathering around and I feel like going, I'll go. If I don't feel like going, I'm just as happy spending a quite evening at home.
I'll be up at K this year as I have been for the past six seasons and always found it nice to have the hill to yourself for a few hours on New Year's Day while other folks are still in bed recovering from their hangovers.
