Ive dug underground tunnels to alienate myself form the outdoors and I haven't seen the light of day since 1976

If I'm not working I'm outside riding bikes, climbing, kayaking, hiking, running - almost to a fault - girlfriends and families don't appreciate it when holidays are skipped because I'm going on a climbing trip

I think running put me outside regurarly the most since it's so easy to do at night.
