I have made the last two full opening days at Sunday River. I am never in the know enough to get there for the soft afternoon openings.

I plan on making opening Day at the River. My guess is Oct. 30th for the 1st day. Fun scheduling a day off. I need a day in Oct or November. I'll tell you when I have the info.:dunce:

So are you in no matter when or what?

Yes. I made Opening Day at SB for 2007 and 2008. Burke in 2007.

I will be at SB for this year's kickoff!

Ragged is the home mountain this year. It really depends on the conditions as it will be 1st / 2nd week of December. If Ragged only offers WROD, but other areas have more to offer, I'll go elsewhere. I bought the Ragged pass primarily for price/convenience and intention of using it Jan - March. Nov, Dec, April will find me elsewhere most of the time.

Saddleback is scheduled to open 11/27 (day after Thanksgiving) and I'm hoping to be there
If not that Friday, most likely on Saturday

I haven't made opening day in the two years I've had a Mountain Creek pass, and I highly doubt I'll make it this year. For the first week or two on Vernon Peak, they only open the bunny hill and one green trail from the top.

I should be there for the opening whenever it is. Hoping they have some bumps set up for day 1. If not, it might be a good chance to get the feel of the new Watea 84s.

I'll do at least a night session at Sundown on opening day.

We're looking to kick the season off Thanksgiving weekend. But if Mt. Snow opens earlier....

Last year opening day at Camelback was on a Friday and other obligations got in the way. I was there that Saturday and skied till the last day. If they open on a Saturday I'll be there but if its a weekday I doubt it.

yes and i'm going to try to make Mount Snow's as well. Strong consideration on making that a frequent stop this winter... as the location and their Carinthia project are pretty much unbeatable for what i like to ski. bonus ; the girl can shred that place apart because of how boring the actual skiing is, so she feels like she progresses everytime we go. happy happy

No skiing on Halloween for me this year either... GF's sister's wedding...

We'll see about Sunday though. (My guess is i'll be too hung over to drive north to ski a WROD, but we'll see).
