I dont start sundown or bump threads, so i wont be intimidated.

Killington needs to maintain a bump run in the heart of winter. Thaw, freeze, rain, ice...just be loyal to your customer. Maybe guys like myself dont count for shit, but its alot of day tickets you're losing when you cater to the blue hairs.

and that's my half assed attempt at taking a stand!

Define maintain. If all you want is for them to leave bumps untouched, they did that with Vertigo, Needle's lift line, skier's right on OL, last half of the season on Escapade.

Plenty of bumps all winter long at K. Bumps on the trails. Bumps in the woods. Bumps on the steeps. Bumps everywhere.

You sure you were at Killington?

Those were the days. Was so cool back in the day to ride that lift seeing skiers at eye level or above and also so cool to ski SS and look down at people on the chair.

I clearly remember a day probably '95 or '96 skiing Superstar when I had no business doing so getting swallowed up by huge moguls under a midwinter assault of snowmaking. The base had to be twenty feet deep.

I also remember times on Outer Limits trying to not kill myself, probably getting in the way of every ripper on the hill. Those guys would fly by and I said to myself I'd love to ski like them someday. Still trying to get there... :smash:

4:49 minutes and not one carved turn ;-)

Exactly the way it should be. ;) I am soooo looking forward to skiing with Beast_Ed on Sunday at the Bush. Maybe us hacks can try to relive some of that on Ripcord.
