So reggae and spring skiing seem to go together. There's nothing like chilling on the deck of the lodge on a warm day and then ripping up some soft bumps with the sound of reggae in the background and the smell of a great barbecue.

What reggae songs make you think of spring skiing (which will eventually arrive)?

"Funky Kingston" "Pressure Drop"...

I like to ride to more Ska-ish reggae...

Who was the first to have a Reggae fest? Sugarloaf is on their 20th, but I was only skiing in Maine back in those days, so I don't know if anyone in VT was doing it then too.

Despite the proliferation of "Reggae fests" at ski areas, I still can't associate reggae and skiing. Guess I spent too much time in the Caribbean.

Chant a Psalm off the greatest reggae album ever produced, True Democracy by Steele Pulse (no offense Bob)

First verse:

Rejoice rejoice
Good tidings I bring you
Hear ye a message to you my friend
Voices cry invoke your angels
When pressure drop it cannot conquer dread no
So blow away your bluesy feeling
Spirits say take the world off you shoulder
One foot in the grave is a foolish step to take (dancer)
