What can I say? Best mid-winter conditions!!! Powder and packed powder all over. Some thin spots on the steeps but just jump pile to pile.

Absolutely unbelievable. Best conditions of anywhere we've been all season...whod've believed midwinter conditions on 4/7. Had an absolutely great time, 3rd time ever being to Loon (other two were Mt. Dew finals including last weekend) so it was nice to be able to ski and explore for a change with daughter and friends instead of needing to rush back for raffles, trying to catch a free hat, or other Mt. Dew craziness. Wish Easter wasn't tomorrow or we'd be back for sure. Season over for us now after thinking it was over last Saturday, then hitting Waterville the next day, and then the bonus spring storm that got us to go to Loon today!

Glad to hear you got out. We missed it.... :(

Love your phrase, ay-yah! From a true Mainah

And the saying can't git there from heara is a Mainah saying, though I've heard it said here in NH....we're all in it together anyways aren't we? Here in New England..... ;)

That looks like the left entrance to big dipper.
Did dipper top to Bottom for the 1st time this year. Alot of snow. Great picture. Other than a powder day I though Upper Walking Boss the best I have seen in six or seven years.
