I know there have been a few individual threads about some of the more notable upgrades (e.g. Mt. Snow, SR and K-Mart) but I thought it would be good to have everything in one place, as some probably don't meet the threashhold of deserving their own thread. Here are the ones I know off the top of my head:

Mt. Snow - 150 new fan guns and lots of general infrastructure upgrades

K-Mart - HSQ replaces the Skye Peak Quad. Many rumors of other improvements, including possible replacement of the South Ridge Triple with the now-removed Devil's Fiddle Quad and a possible replacement of the Snowdon Triple. Various bits and pieces of trail work were also announced, but it's not clear what's involved. Hopefully they won't trumpet $2MM being spent by someone else as being part of their own capital plan, like last year.

Sunday River - Chondola to North Peak

Jay Peak - First phase of their new base condo/hotel, I believe. Who's got details?

Sugarbush - Substantial expansion of the relatively new Gate House lodge, with double the bar space, double the boot/bag storage space, 100 more seats in the main cafeteria upstairs, and a new deck upstairs on top of the expanded bar below

Saddleback - Replacement of the Kennebago t-bar with a FGQ. More trails/terrain.

Whiteface- Installation of the Lookout Triple and trails?

Gore - Installation of the Burnt Ridge HSQ and trails. Installation of a quad or triple at the old (and now new) North Creek Ski Bowl with an interconnect to Gore

I'm sure I'm missing a ton of other stuff - who's got it?

Anyone have updated word on Crotched's plans for their true summit? Chair currently stops ~125' vert below the top. The trail map has shown summit trails for "future expansion" for at least a couple years now. I see their marketing director was asked about this in the 2006 AZ Ski Area Challenge but he didn't really address timing and obviously it hasn't happened yet.

I've been extremely impressed by Crotched operations, just would like to see a solid place get even better. (And someday, maybe Crotched East again ...)

I htink the chair can stop right where it is. Crotched needs to concentrate on making their forests thicker so no one wonders into the woods... :D

I know Ragged will have a bunch of small improvements, amybe a new lift to replace the double on the far left.

Cannon: I remember reading an article about the impending completion of the land swap with the USFS to open up MIttersill and the installation of a surface lift to the top of Mittersill from Cannon.

Land swap, yes. Not sure if that's going to result in any material changes to Mittersill this year, and I don't think that surface lift is really on the table.
