I love fish on a plank, a good steak, chicken, veggies, you name it, but my all time favourite thing on the grill is a roast.

I grilled an english roast, upon the suggestion of a friend.
After marinading the roast beef in a zip lock bag, I grilled the roast on a low flame for 30 minutes, then flipped it and grilled an additional 30 minutes. I basted with the left over marinade, then I turned the flame up to sear for just a few minutes on each side.

Took it off the grill, set for 5 minutes, then sliced thin. Darn near perfection!

Great way to have roast beef without heating up the house.

I'm pretty much open to grilling anything...

I like to make kabobs... Eat them on a pita or off the stick...

Love just about anything off a grill. But if I have to choose a favorite, it would be rib eye steak, lately it's been bison rib eye and bison burgers. Another new discovery is smoker bags, tried salmon in one of those and it was excellent.

Have a few good butcher shops near my house that have awesome Teryaki steak tips and all-time favorite is one of them has bacon cheddar burgers, ground up and pattied. Top them w/ a piece of Cabot Pepper Jack and enjoy.

This.

And chicken with a beer can stuffed up its ass.
I've got a recipe for BB Chicken using a butt rub/brown sugar combo as a rub inside and outside the chicken. Then I use Gingerale(Vernors in Michigan) instead of Beer. The hint of ginger in the chicken is amazing!!

MMMMMMMMM !!! Drunken Chicken, I started using the method after my rotisserie motor quit on the grill .The Vernor's is a great idea , not something you readily find in Maine though, my mechanic keeps a stash on hand courtesy of his family in Michigan, I'm going to have to snab a six pack the next time I'm getting work done. The stuff puts Schweppes to shame.
Thanx Chick

Yes, Vernors, the deliciously different taste!
The strong ginger flavor really enhances the flavor of the chicken.

In two weeks I'll have some fresh steak on the grill!

Poor guy! :(

(BTW, I love telling my daughter she's eating cow... to which she replies indignantly, "I don't eat animals, mama!!!")

I love just about anything on the grill. Though steak marinated in teriyaki is good with me. I don't know enough fancy stuff about steaks to tell the difference... just prefer boneless.

Infinitely better than any Ginger Ale. Trouble is, this, 1/4 lime and some Gosling's Black Seal Rum makes a Dark N' Stormy. I'd have to hide it from myself to use on the chicken butt.

Oh... and I do a real simple rub of brown sugar, paprika, fresh ground pepper and kosher salt.
