I don't know much about them. Are they worth replacing your stock liners? They seem to have a standard liner and a wrap type. Are they for specific boot types? Thanks.

I don't know much about them but a friend of mine just got some to replace his packed out liners in his Proton 10's. He loves them. The foams really dense. He said they perform really well and seem to be a lot warmer than the stock liners. He also said they're easier to get in and out of without the tongue.

Don't know much about them but there is a long thread discussing Intuition, Conformable, and Zip Fit liners on epicski. The Intuitions seem to have a good rep. Anyone know of places in NE that sell Intuitions?

I Do know much about them, but then again, I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Over the past 12 or so years working with both Thermoflex and ID liners, I have replaced normal non Raichle and Dalbello liners with Thermo ones. 9/10 times you will get a better fit out of one of these than a traditional liner. That othet 1/10 wanted a tighter plug type fit. I do hear Intuition has come out with a plug liner though. I haven't tried it.

What about in a non-Raichle/Dalbello boot? Can you put the wrap type liner in a regular 4-buckle Nordica or is it better to stick with the tongue?

I've never done it myself, but it does seem to be commonly done. Like powbmps said search TGR, lots of useful information over there.

I'm not sure if it would be worth it to replace your stock liners unless there were shot, or really uncomfortable. Supposedly the staff at Intuition is pretty good at picking out the right liner for your boot, I guess sometimes they recommend going a size bigger on the liner to ensure that it takes up all the room in your boot.

Where in RI are you. My friend bought his at Village Ski in Franklin, Ma. That's close to the Woonsocket area.

wa-loaf,
It'll be day #2 in my Plug-model either tomorrow, Friday, or Saturday..or a combo of two days... Day #1 was really nice...I'm in a Garmont Endorphin(AT boot with great lateral and around a Salomon 9 fflex)..Raichle tongue, wrap-style..which is actually what I wanted. I believe their other newer models possess the same thinner lower shell thickness as their "Plug". Loved it on day #1....lower part just a hair thicker than a stock alpine liner...much thinner than their previous "Alpine" liners...and their upper cuff is slightly thicker than stock alpine liner, *But not as thick as their previous...nor...quite as thick as the G-Fit's upper cuff.(of a few years ago). The only thing I'm heating (slightly) is the front top lip of the wrap..*which is an easy task with your standard hair-dryer on low-med...I have a slightly bulb-shaped shin... The tongue models look great as well.. Check on their website as to dealers...not sure where closest one in is.. I think most all of Scarpa's AT boots come with some model of Intuition...could be the "Plug" liner that's used..*NOT sure about that though.. ..But it might be easiest to call AT dealers to simply try the liner cuz not many shops, outside of a good tele shop will carry just liners...

Album: Intuition Liners (*To have scale in the last pic showing top cuff thickness, that finger is my little finger)
