Does anyone attend one of the ski areas' New Year's Eve events? If so, any comments you'd like to share? Was thinking about Sundown's this year but I'm not sure... the kids don't "really" ski yet so it may be more hassle than it's worth (though at least they'd eat for free).

Families celebrate together while the countdown begins! Enjoy two hours of extra time on the slopes! Party favors, music & entertainment from 8pm to Midnight; torchlight parade. Night lift ticket prices from 6pm to 12am are: Adult 15+($34), Junior 7-14 ($31) & Child 6 & younger($16).
Buffet from 7pm to 10pm. Reservations for the buffet are required and will be accepted through Sat., Dec. 28. Buffet tickets for Adults 15+ are $20; for Juniors 6-14 are $15; ages 5 & under are free. Price includes: carving station with roast turkey, oven baked potatoes, vegetable, lasagna, sausage & peppers with sauce, chicken tenders, salad, French rolls, assorted desserts and coffee, tea or punch.
