Not true in our house. The moment I sit, the kids are pounding on the door asking for something... or worse, opening the door and joining me. :roll:

No lock on our door. Besides, even with a lock, that doesn't make the pounding any less invasive (or lessen the stress from the fact that if they're not pounding on the door, they're invading something they shouldn't be in).

It can be an escape from the wife and kids, no one is going to bother you when you're in there.

I need to go to the downstairs "office" as I call it in order to get away from the kids enough so I don't fear them walking in on me. If I'm in the upstairs bathrooms, forget it..there is at least one interruption.
