It's weird. I had all but conceded it to K. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory is how this turned out. When I got the news, it felt like when the Sox pulled it out in '04.;)

Wow. Just WOW. Biggest upset ever. SR beat Killington even though K Peak got over a foot of snow last week, packed it down, and bragged about making snow on top of it. I am stunned both that Killington would let SR show them up this bad and also that SR actually pulled it off. Good show SR, show em' how its done at a mountain that actually cares about its customers. Bravo.

As a special note. And this is a big one..

They are the first to open in the *entire US*.

A Basin and Loveland, not open...
