I would laugh and point at people as if I could see them, just to freak them out.

I saw something kinda similar before where when you locked the door it somehow changed the glass from clear to opaque. I have to see if I can find it.

This seems perfect for all the wanna be voyeaurs out there......

A few years ago when my wife and I were over in Hawaii on Kauai, we were staying at the St. Regis Princeville (used up a cr@pload of points for that one ;) ) and in the bathroom in our room, both the door to the toilet area and the main window which had the shower + tub immediately next to it, which overlooked the pool/beach area had that type of glass, where all you did was flip a switch and it went from clear to opaque. A little weird at first, but you got used to it pretty quick (especially once you had been in the pool/beach area and looked back up at the hotel and saw a few opaque windows!) They were also "smart" enough to have the switch for the main window for the shower area to be about 10 feet from the shower/tub, so that if you wanted to have a little "fun" in the shower and things really got going, it would be impossible to inadvertantly bump the switch and put on a show for the beach/pool area ;)
