Oh how I love being back in Vermont. I am definitely born from ice. The snow at Burke is thin in places is skiing very nicely right now. But I've got to admit I'm almost done.

They are going to be in serious trouble if temps warm up in March. There just isn't much of a base at all. Enjoy it while you can!

I think this is the case at most every area in New England with the exclusion of a select few trails where deep bases were made for spring skiing.

No doubt. I'm getting even more desperate to get some skiing in. Work has been insanely busy and it's showing in my lack of days skiing. I've had to work most weekends this winter just to keep up.
