Conditions: Machine made, granular
Trip Report: Best $12.50 on skiing ever spent. 50% off prices for now, till Friday.
Got to blue right at 6PM, changed, ticket, was clicking in right around 6:20. By this time most people were gone, still a bunch of boarders.
Skied Easy Out (green) and Lazy Mile(blue). Lazy mile was open today and was pretty good early. Easy out was great all the way down. Lazy mile was good up top, but by the bottom was complete scrapped off hard pack. By the 6th run, took my first fall when my ski caught an edge over a gap in the pack. 4 runs down easy out, 6 down lazy mile.
Weather was freezing, but felt warm in my jacket and layers. Was 20 degrees, -15 with windchill.
They were blowing snow pretty much everywhere from what I saw.
Overall, great time. Was totally worth it with Lazy Mile open.
