I just got the the info in my email.
For those not in the know, Connecticut Ski Council-member clubs have a joint program with some mountains where members can order tickets in September at substantial discounts. These are fully-valid, no-blackout tickets.
You have to be a member of a CSC club to buy the tickets AND to use them; go to www.skiclub.com for a full list of clubs. We've beaten the topic to death here: http://forums.alpinezone.com/60580-ski-club.html#post447641 Orders generally have to be in to your club by the end of September.
Quick Observations:
Magic is participating this year!
All the other participating resorts from last year have returned: Okemo, Sunapee, Sugarbush, Ascutney, Bromley, Mt. Snow and Stratton.
Adult ticket prices range from $35 at Magic to $54 at Okemo. Three resorts have prices under $40.
Prices are within one or two bucks of last year, with the following exceptions: Sugarbush (up five bucks -- guess that marketing is working!) and Stratton is up three bucks. Mt. Snow didn't raise their prices.
Gory Details -- Resort: Adult Price/Junior/Young Adult/Senior/Super Senior "Junior" generally means under 13, and Young Adult goes up to 18. "Senior" is 65 and up, and "Super Senior" is 70 and up.
Ascutney: 37 / 32 ("Junior" specified; I'm not sure what the age cutoff is.)
Bromley: 39 / 30 / 39 (No special senior vouchers)
Magic: 35 / 28 / 35 / 35 / 28 (Adults 69 and under and Teens use adult vouchers.)
Mt. Snow: 50 (No special child/teen or senior vouchers)
Okemo: 54 / 34.50 / 45.50 / 45.50 / 35.50
Stratton: 49 (no special child/teen or senior vouchers)
Sugarbush: 53 (no special child/teen or senior vouchers)
Sunapee: 45 / 28 / 38 / 38 / 28
