What, no inverted aerials, what the hells up with that? The kids a 6 year old poser.;)

Kidding of course. That little girl is very impressive.

I was doing inverts when I was 5, I'm not impressed.

Of course the inverts were from my family tossing me across the yard a cookouts and such... but still- it counts.

I looked at this video a few times, and I've got to throw my $0.02 in here...

She's pretty good for a 6 year old, no doubt.

BUT...

I wouldn't be throwing the words "phenom" and "watch for her at the X games" around just yet..

1) Did you look at the trail map of her home mountain?

175 ft Vertical Drop
1600 ft Longest Run

13 Runs
4 Advanced Runs
6 Intermediate Runs
3 Beginner Runs

Maybe she can rip it up on that mountain... But I'm not too impressed until I see her on some bigger/steeper stuff.

2) She can basically do 2 things - a wide (6" or better) rail (which in a snowboard isn't too tough) and land switch. Actually the most impressive thing in that whole video was the rainbow rail, but I'm not even sure thats her - notice both shots of that were from a good distance. If that wa her I'll give her some more credit. She slipping off some of the rails halfway down, which makes me skeptical that she can actually do the rainbow.

3) My 5 year old daughter (who skis) hasn't really even tried to do rails yet. But she can handle pretty much anything at Killington with ease - including stuff like Skyhawk, (with large bumps on it) the entire Canyon, etc. Ask DMC - we had to stop her from going down upper K27 back in January, becasue we weren't sure she was able to handle it yet. I'm certainly not running around yelling "Olympics/X games". As long as she's a strong skier when she reaches adulthood, that'll be fine with me.

The snowboard chick is good no doubt. I'll reserve xgames judgement until I see more.
