60 mph winds in NNY many without power

For the past several hrs Winds reaching 60 mph have been howling in NNY along the St Lawrence River . So far 7000 are without power . Winds are expected to subside around 10 pm this is our second such event in 4 days

I have several limbs down but luckily power so far is fine
