As much as it pains me I'll have to agree with Phil. Busch bar bottles were the beer of choice (for large quantities) in college. They usually were the best deal for some reason.

Yep. We used to get $1.99 six packs of Busch longnecks from time to time. Otherwise, it was $9.99 cases of cans.

At least drinking PBR is "hip" in socially exclusive small friends groups. I have many friends that enjoy micro brews but will only grab a PBR is stooping to that level. Elitism at the piss beer level is very funny.
I find it funny at all Beer levels personally. Or wine or Liquor and this comes from someone who was the buyer of alcohol for restaurants and hotels for over ten years.
