Thanks very much for this link. I'll check it as well as several other more well known sites.

Not sure how many folks have seen this webcam

http://www.robertlyonsphotography.com/webcam/index.php

but I've always found it to be a great window into the 'real' weather in Northern Vermont, it's located in Walden VT, at about 2200 feet which makes it ideal for getting a decent idea what is happening on the hills in that region.

I've used it for two years. It's pretty reliable indicator as described. WYSIWYG...
The owner keeps it fresh, has a nice snow gauge at the birdfeeder base and occassionally has to rebuild. Keeps it lit at night, which makes it even more valuable.

Checkout the archive photos at the bottom link of the page - a bear trashed the setup one year, all caught live - you can see bambi, rocky raccoon, stupid ducks and on... Good way to while away a few minutes in the flatlands.

Speaking of which, hey Trailboss, would you please go over to LSC and fix their camera for them???
