Thank you, we had not planned for another child with much seriousness, but now we know she cannot handle another child, she was quite sick with my son.

Hopefully she is out of the hospital soon.

My wife just called and told me that they cannot find the baby after three ultrasounds and apparently the egg has implanted outside of her uterus which can be very dangerous and require sugerey.

I can't say that I am not extemely nervous.

I posted much during the early years of AZ under the hiking side and when FOT48 was a part of this board. Back then skiing and hiking were a 50/50 split. The Skiing half has grown by leaps and bounds. Still have my Alpinezone sweatshirt but it's showing its age. ahhhhh Nostaglia!!!

My wife went into the hosptal early this morning in severe pain and with bleeding. I just found out that she is about to lose our baby. Honestly this was not the news that I was expecting.:sad:

She has to have surgerey to remove the fetus because the pregnancy is ectopic.

My best friend's wife lost their first baby to an ectopic pregnancy.

My wife had a DNC done yesterday which did not help at all since the pregnancy is ectopic, so they admitted her last night and gave here an injection of methotrexate to stop the pregnancy and hopefully pass it out of her. I think the hospital will release her later today.

Hopefully she is able to have another child as we want to try again in late winter.
