From the National Seashore..

...antenna is temporary being used in a very, very big special event happening Jan 29-31. You'd have to be an amateur radio operator to understand the significance of the event. The park's Marconi group is participating in a once in a life time global event with other ham radio operators...but maybe not so intereting if you are not a ham.

It is once in our lifetime due to current sunspot conditions. Currently the sunspots will enhance the radio frequency we are using, the one closest to the frequency Marconi used for his first transatlantic message sent in 1903 frim the Wellfleet Marconi Station.

Enough said, the antennas will coem down after the event as soon as the weather permits.
