I was going to say new old fashioned singles or doubles. Was confusing, because that makes no sense. Must be MRG. They never make any sense!

Safety reasons from what I understand. This was a big to do but the hooks are gone.

What was the safety issue? I don't think I ever used the hooks as I stick my poles under my leg.
I'd be interested to know what the safety reasons are too. I like using the hooks....

I had to run over to Waitsfield on Saturday afternoon....wish I had brought my camera. Not only were the chairs sitting in the parking lot, but towers too, and some other "stuff" that I couldnt tell what it was. Man is it weird to see the lift line with no lift!
Yup. Little hooks on the chair hangers to hang your poles.

Probably perfect for snagging a backpack or coat sleeve.

I thought they were too high up to snag a pack or sleeve. I liked the sound the poles made when you hung them up on the hooks. They made this hollow metallic clicking noise like wind chimes.
