Just wondering if any knows what happen, if the auction ever happen or if they settled the short term debt to its creditor.

According to the NELSAP board and some local newspaper articles, the auction was delayed at the last minute.
* Ragged was unsuccessful in getting a court ordered extension.
* The creditor insisted on an auction.
* An un-named, "Utah Company" made a $10 million offer to buy the place.
* Les Otten, on his way out west "denied" having any plans for Ragged.
* Ragged's owners filed for Bankruptcy at the last minute...the auction has been delayed until at least April. Assuming that the $10 million deal does not go through. Word had it that the filing was to get time to arrange for the sale.
